Sometimes we get stuck. Something comes along and hits us hard, makes an impact, and before we realise it, we get caught in a loop. It’s like being sucked into a whirlpool, or down a black hole. Our life implodes. Our world becomes smaller and smaller as we try to find a safe place, a secure place, so we might conserve and protect ourselves. But it’s not satisfying. We feel trapped, or stiff, or unable to move.
Sometimes life seems to fall apart. As our everyday patterns disintegrate, we get lost in the chaos. Who am I? Where am I? Where am I going? We feel confused and can’t say any clear way forward.
But what would happen, if we managed to unstick? If we broke free and found our flexibility and ability to move again?
What would happen if we could re-integrate what had dis-integrated? What would happen if we could clearly see where we wanted to go, and started to go there?
We’d be in the flow.
Flow is a dynamic, moving, changing, developing state of health.
THE THREE FLOWS OF LIFE
By becoming aware of these three rivers of flow in our lives, we can create our own paths through life. We can find freedom and flow.
